Shannon is a Colorado native with a passion for architecture, interior design, economics, and personal finance. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and loves to riff on the trajectory of the real estate market and the economy overall. After a whirlwind eight years directing strategic operations in the tech industry she decided to ditch her corporate gig in pursuit of self-employment in 2017 and became a real estate agent and shortly thereafter a mountain short-term rental superhost and enthusiast. She loves animals, cooking, fitness, and travel.

Tara Curry

Tara has lived in Denver since 2008. Growing up with family in the real estate business, she has been involved in buying and selling homes, in one way or another, her entire life. After 6 years working in the craft spirit industry, she decided to dive into real estate full time. Tara loves Denver’s architecture and rich history and looks forward to any opportunity to travel, eat great food, and meet new people.

Amy is a Colorado native who grew up in Littleton and attended college and graduate school in Fort Collins and Denver. In her early career she worked in teaching and bat conservation before landing in real estate in an administrative role. After working in the industry for a few years she caught the bug and now focuses on unique properties, horse properties, and short-term rentals. She loves animals, dressage horseback riding, yoga, and cheese.

Kathryn is an Iowa native who adopted Colorado as her home in 2004 after falling in love with blue skies and sunshine. After years as a leader in education and retail industries, Kathryn decided to pursue her passion for residential and investment properties by joining the Cohesion Homes team. When she is not searching for the perfect Colorado cabin, you can find Kathryn getting her boot scoot on at local live music venues, perusing the mountains for the best camping spot or pursuing the local establishments for the greatest spicy margarita.
